BACK TO HOCHANDA ON TUESDAY 16 AUGUST

I
hope you are making the most of the weather at the moment, although we
had better get the fans out for the heatwave predicted for this
coming week!
We hope you will be able to find time to watch myself and Lisa on Hochanda on Tuesday 16 August, as we are launching a brand, brand new product, called RUSTY PATINA!
It
is a dream for stencilling with on to acetate and Mirri card, altering
glass bottles, using on canvases and stippling on die cuts. It is
wonderful for creating aged and vintage effects, so it will be perfect
for all you Steampunk fans.
Personally,
I want products that work together and that’s one of the things I love about Rusty
Patina. You can use it with all your other crafty stash, which makes it a
real winner for me. It does what it says on the tin; it’s so easy to
work with, dries very quickly, gives an incredible textural, matte
finish and the colours are beautiful, I love the Verdigris Green and the
Café Crème. Of course you can mix the Café Crème with the other colours
and change the tones, which is always such a bonus.
We
will be using it on some fantastic new MDF products in the Hochanda
shows and I will be upcycling a glass bottle with it and tissue paper,
just to show you how easy it is. We know how much you loved the projects
we have done on glass bottles in previous shows. We are always being
asked to do them, so this will give you another reminder, but with a
twist!
We have some beautiful new Art Stamps for you, the
designs just get better and better and Lisa will be demoing these
throughout the day. We have put large quantities of the Art Stamps into
the shows, but we have a feeling that they are going to absolutely fly,
so if you like them, please don’t delay ordering them.
We also have some new stencils in the show and we are going to be using them with the MDF collection.
As you can see, lots of new goodies and of course new techniques, so please join us this Tuesday at 10am, 1pm and 6pm on Hochanda.
