Good Morning Crafters
I am so excited to be introducing you to our new DT members, we have gone international too.
We had such a fantastic response to our design team call that it sure was difficult in choosing our new DT.
If you didn't make it this time please try again when we have another DT call.
I have been crafting since I was a little girl when my dad taught me how to knit.
I have dabbled into all kinds of craft from embroidery, cross stitch, and then to crocheting.
I got into paper crafting about 14 years ago, I went into a craft shop looking for cards to put my Christmas cross stitch in and that was it I was hooked.
I have been on quite a few design teams and my style is very eclectic. I love altered art and playing with mixed media too.
I started working with Sue and Harvey nearly 2 years ago and I love it!
Hey Peeps, Kath here with a bit of an introduction, I'm 44 and live in Bolton, Lancs.
I'm an avid crafter with interests in many different types of crafts
but I do love getting 'mucky paw's with paint, inks and stamps, etc.
I'm also a freelance designer of blogs/papers/digital products/ craft products etc......
but believe it or not I'm a Civil Engineer by trade.
I have one real baby (27) and four furry babies who I spoil rotten and a very patient hubby hee hee.
I'm so looking forward to working with the DT and the Challenges and also with Sue and Harvey at Imagination Crafts.
Be good xx
Rachel
Hi my name is Rachel and I'm a stay at home mum to two girls Lucy,6 and Penny, 5. Happily married to Shaun who is a physics professor. I love to craft and have been doing various forms of craft most of my life but papercrafting really took over about 10 years ago and took over with a vengeance about 5 years ago. I love the work of and am influenced by Hels Sheridan and Sheena Douglass and Barbara Gray. I'm increasingly doing mixed media work these days and I love to play and get messy! Outside crafting I'm very busy chairing the PTA at my girls school and running a gardening club there - and also a pack of Rainbows. I also do monthly workshops with some ladies from a church group and occasionally do some for guiders too. Crafting is just the best!
Hi, Chris here - a girl who loves to craft - I'm a Freelance Designer/Demonstrator living in the southwest of England. I design and demonstrate crafts for a number of major U.K. retailers, as well as giving Talks to a wide variety of Community Groups, holding private Demo's for retailers and organising my own Workshops in the following: Card-Making, Painting, Silk Fibre Craft, Felting, Jewellery Making - in fact most crafty things that you can think of. As I live near the coast I even craft with shells and driftwood I find on the beach (nothing is safe from my crafty hands). I find inspiration from everything around me, especially nature - leaves, trees and landscapes being a particular favourite of mine.
I design my own stamps, digi-stamps and background papers and have my own website and blog too.
I'm thrilled to be part of the Imagination Crafts Blog Design Team and I look forward to working with all the lovely products and to sharing my ideas with you all.
My name is Marleen and I come from Denmark. I do however live in the rural Donegal in Ireland as my husband is from here.
We have 3 "babies" who loves getting crafty with me.
I started crafting when our eldest baby was born 11 years ago. I just started making a few cards to pass the time but by the time our son was born less then 2 years later, it had grown in to a full pledge hobby.
Our wee fella was very ill as a toddler and it was then I discovered a real passion and the therapeutic effect of crafting. I started scrapbooking while he was Ill and I would sit reading scrapbooking magazines in the hospital while he was sleeping.
Since then it's just grown and grown and I'm now so lucky that I get to do a few crafting demos from time to time as well sitting on several design team, imaginations crafts being my latest adventure. One I'm really looking forward to getting stuck into.
Hi, I'm Amy. I love crafting in any shape or form & over the years have tried my hand at many techniques from jewellery design to stone carving.
My current craft passion is teaching workshops in card making & mixed media which I fit in around running my own gift/craft supplies shop & looking after my young daughter.
I'm married to Nick who offers great input & constructive advice on all my craft projects.
I'm still relatively new to blogging & love the craft community I have found here.
I'm really excited about joining the Imagination Crafts Design Team & hope you find my projects inspiring.

“My name is Noelia but I prefer being called Noe.
I am 31 years old and I live in the north of Spain with my two children and my husband.
I love scrapbooking. I began to practice it when my first son was born 3 years ago, and since then I could not stop. I have known fantastic people, it is the best of this art!.
Few months ago I opened my blog with one of my best friends and here I am! I hope to give the best of me, to be able to show you projects that you like very much and learn many things from my team mates”.
I am sending two photos, choose the one you like more.
I am a happily married mum of two.
Crafting has been my escape for a little while now and I love trying new techniques and experimenting where possible.
I’m learning new crafty bits every day and love it when my creations inspire others or encourage them try something new.
Carol
Married for 26 years and a mother of three (2 boys aged 24 and 22 and 1 girl aged 16), I've crafted for ever.
I was taught to knit by my Nana before I went to school and my Great Aunt taught me to crochet when I was 7; however, despite their best efforts I never became proficient at sewing! Later in life I started embroidery, tapestry and cross stitch and have many an unfinished project lurking around the house. About 10 years ago I discovered card making and I haven't stopped since. I also started scrap booking but since discovering digital scrap booking my paper supplies lie pretty much redundant. My latest foray is in to mixed media and altered projects and I'm loving it...except for the inky fingers which I inevitably end up with.
I discovered blogging and the world of challenges in March 2011. Since then I have designed for several challenge blogs but after a spell away from designing to create wedding stationery for several family members I am now looking forward to creating for Imagination Crafts and hopefully offering some inspiration to those of you looking in. A big thank you to Linda for offering me this chance.
