Going for a Song

Good Morning Crafers

Happy Monday to you all!
Thank you for all who stopped and said hello at the SECC at the weekend.

Back at HQ and busy getting ready for the NEC next week.

Today we are sharing Nicky's Tutorial.

Going for a Song Stencil
Honeysuckle Stencil
Sparkle Medium, Antique Pink, Turquoise, Candy Floss

Paint a square canvas with black acrylic paint.
(Tip - cut honeysuckle stencil in half diagonally for ease of use in corners)

Using Antique pink, and candy floss sparkle medium spread over the stencil,
(Unfortunately I ran out of masking tape but it is wise to use it when stencilling)

Do all four corners, then using going for a song stencil and turquoise sparkle medium
cover the hole thing.

Using some tulle in green and white make a bow then using hot glue gun to adhere in place and added a pearl gem embellishment to the centre

Trim around the edges of the canvas with black rose trim.

Thank you for visiting today!

  1. Enjoyed catching up with Sue's demo's at the SECC and learnt lots more! Bought quite a few of the sparkle coloured mediums and going to use them with the stencils I bought too this week...in time for Christmas. Love the corners and the colours you've used for this card. x
